My journey in bodywork began more than 15 years ago, when I began to explore the world of healing modalities, starting with reflexology, Thai yoga and leaning into Eastern Medicine modalities. It wasn’t long before I found myself enrolled in massage school at Cedar Stone School in Virginia. Since then, I've expanded my skills through continuous education and experience across multiple states.

I combine Therapeutic Customized Bodywork, Stone Medicine, Thai-inspired, & Myofascial techniques to create personalized sessions. My specialized jade and tourmaline mat enhances therapeutic benefits, allowing for deeper release than traditional methods alone.

I've observed that profound healing happens when we truly allow ourselves to receive care. Many of us spend our lives giving to others or pushing through discomfort, rarely surrendering to the experience of being cared for. When we finally give ourselves this permission, the body can release patterns of tension that technique alone can't address.

I also believe effective bodywork is a partnership. When we work together—you listening to your body and communicating, me responding with appropriate techniques—we create something more powerful than either of us could achieve alone.
